BIG CHANGES TO OUR CANCELLATION POLICY 🤍💫
We are saying goodbye to our 4 hours cancellation period and moving to 8 hours starting on October 19, 2026.
Cancellations made within the 8 hours will incur a $15 late cancel fee for memberships or use one class if you are on a class pass. Same fees go for no-shows.
When a spot opens too late, another member usually doesn’t have enough time to claim it. This policy helps keep things fair to everyone.
