Who is the audience? because I'm confused at this point, why are y'all even trying to make a comeback? Do y'all need some money or something? Why not like mentor a younger group or something, because this is not it. Open up a record label or something. But not put out an album

B2K pulled up on the @HeyJaneePodcast & @janeebolden and talked about the journey, the brotherhood, the lessons, and what it means to be back on the Billboard charts with their hit single “Mileage.” 📈 - But this part of the conversation hit a little different… ❤️ Behind all those miles, stages, highs and lows are the women who hold them down when nobody was watching. The wives. The real road crew. 😂❤️ Because sometimes the people who help you find your way back aren’t on the stage — they’re the ones who never stopped believing you belonged there. Different chapter. Same chemistry. Stronger foundation. More MILEAGE. 🏁 B2K is back — and the story is still being written. @omarion @boogie_p @razb_b2k @airfizzo We see you @ilovemona_li & @iamshelbiehouston ❤️ #B2K #Mileage #HeyJaneePodcast #Billboard #RnB #B2KForever #newmusic @thebpcmusicgroup B2K 🚀

Years ago, I would NEVER have had the confidence to post a picture of myself looking like this. Drenched in sweat, no makeup and sweaty hair that's been crying out for a wash for days. But here we are 🥹😂 I've come a long way with my confidence, particularly when it comes to my face. I've spent years picking it apart, scrutinising every little detail and focusing on the things I'd change. My wrinkles, lines, blemishes, my teeth. You name it, I've probably criticised it at some point. But something I've come to realise is that the most attractive thing you can wear in a picture isn't perfect skin, a full face of makeup or perfectly styled hair. It's a smile. You are you. If someone doesn't like how you look or doesn't find you attractive, that's okay. But there's something incredibly liberating about being 100% authentically yourself and knowing that the people who genuinely matter care about who you are, not whether you've gained another wrinkle or your skin isn't flawless. And maybe, instead of spending so much time identifying all our flaws, we should start identifying all the things we LOVE about ourselves. Our kindness, our humour, our resilience, our personalities and the little things that make us who we are. Imagine how differently we'd see ourselves if we gave those things as much attention as the things we wish we could change. I'm by no means suddenly confident in my own skin. I still have plenty of insecurities and wear makeup most days. But taking this picture last night felt freeing. For a moment, I looked at myself completely barefaced, sweaty and in desperate need of a hair wash, and I didn't feel the need to pick myself apart. I just accepted what I saw. Maybe it was the post-cardio high talking, but I'll take it. 😂 You don't have to think you're perfect to accept yourself. Sometimes, you just have to stop looking for everything that's wrong with you and start appreciating the person looking back at you in the mirror. Anyway, enough of that. That's my talk for the day 😂🩷 Fuelled by @myprotein #fitnessmotivation #gymmotivation #girlswholift #bodyconfidence #gymgirls
