During her co-op at Besxar Space Industries, mechanical engineering and bioengineering student Rhea Dharia, E’27, helped design equipment to test semiconductor manufacturing in the vacuum of outer space.

What a day at the Women in Leadership Awards 2026. Was great being part of the Home Office Women in Tech team and beating out over 200 nominations to be gloriously victorious!

So proud of all the team who work tirelessly and give up their free time to help women thrive and succeed in digital, data tech careers. This recognition is really important to everyone involved and personally it was lovely to be involved, after a few glasses of wine the less said about my legendary dancing to Tina Turner tunes the better!
