Ready to delete Facebook for good? Deleting the app from your phone doesn’t touch your account or your data. To actually get rid of it, you have to go through account deletion. Here’s how to delete your account: 1/ In your browser, sign in to accountscenter.facebook.com 2/ Go to Manage accounts 3/ Select Manage next to the account you want to delete 4/ Select Deactivation or deletion 5/ Select Delete account, then Continue 6/ Follow the prompts, enter your password and confirm Your account then enters a 30-day grace period. Senators in Brasília passed a constitutional amendment late on Wednesday that will reduce maximum weekly employment hours from 44 to 40, with no cuts to wages. Eligible workers will now be guaranteed two days of paid rest a week. The legislative approval is a win for President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva as he heads into a second-round ballot against rightwing senator Flávio Bolsonaro on October 25. Some gems and lessons I wish I’d learned sooner. But what can you do? Some things only come with time, experience, and living through them ❤️ One rejection doesn’t decide your future. Keep growing, keep showing up, and leave room for a different opportunity. At some point, the question has to change from “What else can I cut out?” to “How can I nourish myself in a way I can sustain?” You can want more for yourself without needing to do better than someone else. Someone else’s success doesn’t take away from yours. You don’t need perfect English to have something worth saying. Doing things that scare you can help you build it. Every time you try, you give yourself another reason to trust that you can handle what comes next. You can be proud of everything you worked for and still want something different today. Changing direction doesn’t erase what you achieved.
