In three weeks, NPC True Novice athlete @thaitiki learned to present in both Bikini and Wellness. Zero knowledge. Zero experience and This Saturday, she steps on her very first NPC stage at @themusclequest, Colorado Muscle Classic.

Weekly video check-ins, biweekly posing sessions, and 40 minutes of daily practice. Because posing only works if you fucking work it. You have to practice. You have to put in the reps. That’s why I don’t encourage crash courses in posing.

Tiki has done an amazing job learning under pressure and building a strong foundation. She has a great team behind her, and I’m excited to see what she can bring to the stage in 2027.

I’m incredibly proud of her work ethic, determination, consistency, and passion. Give yourself a goal worth chasing and show up for it every day. ✨
