There is something beautiful about not rushing… ✨ Giving yourself time to grow, to discover, to choose with a heart that feels at peace. Allowing life to surprise you, instead of settling for what feels familiar simply because you haven’t yet seen what else is possible. You may not have met the person who will bring so much joy into your life. You may not have discovered the place where you feel completely at home, or the purpose that makes you wake up with a new sparkle in your eyes. There is still so much ahead of you, love that feels safe, opportunities that uplift you, friendships that nourish you, and happiness you haven’t yet imagined. Enjoy today while staying open to tomorrow. Make room for new experiences. Be brave enough to want more, and gentle enough with yourself to let it unfold. Some of the most beautiful moments of your life will begin with something you never saw coming. … See the possibilities. Be open. Give yourself time. Quizás aún no has conocido a esa persona que traerá tanta alegría a tu vida. … Ve las posibilidades. Sé receptiva. Date tiempo. Ver. Ser. Dar. ✨

I didn’t know RJ terribly well and we’d lost touch some time ago. But I knew him well enough to know that he had a beautiful soul. I mean, I don’t have to tell that to anyone who saw his work. It bled through everything he did. Clearly he was hurting. And now we’re all on social media declaring our love. Seems a tragedy that this always happens too late. See ya on the next ride, my friend. To everyone: to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline just dial 988. ❤️
Hi been MIA! If I could tell my younger self one thing it’d be- lead with purpose in everything that you do, from work to life and you will always feel aligned. ✨So do it all, be it all, feel it all. ✨ We have one shot here and what a gift it is to lead with intention. I think there can be a lot of friction that we feel with how we spend our time, and it’s an effort to do a few written exercises to find that clarity, but once you do it’s such magic. They say “the day you eat the fruit is not the day you plant the seed”. Grateful to be alive (slightly concussed rn) but grateful. #workin #doubledoctor #purpose
