Nevermind that the lyrics to the actual song never say “cause you know we”… I know it’s “All I do is win…” but I had to elevate it to include the family, know what I mean? We’re tribespeople over here. We win (and manifest and cultivate) together. 🪄😜😂😂😂

On Saturday, Nike tested the strength of Jordan Brand by releasing what’s historically been one of the sublabel’s most coveted shoes. Dubbed the “Royal,” the $185 black-and-royal blue high top was one of the original Air Jordan 1 styles designed by the late Peter Moore and worn by Michael Jordan in an iconic ad. The drop marked the first time in nearly a decade that consumers were given the opportunity to buy a faithful recreation of the shoe, an occasion that in the past would have resulted in an instant sellout. But by Tuesday morning, the sneaker was still widely available in several sizes through Nike’s own DTC channels and its retail partners — and was even selling below retail value on StockX. BoF’s Lei Takanashi (@leitakanashi) and Mike Sykes (@mikedsykes) explore what the Royal’s lukewarm reception reveals about Jordan Brand’s fading hype — and what it will take to win back sneaker fans. It might look like a scene straight out of a science-fiction movie, but this breathtaking crystal wonderland actually exists deep beneath the surface of Earth! Located nearly 300 meters underground in Mexico’s Naica Mine, the Cave of the Crystals is one of the most extraordinary geological discoveries ever made. The cave is filled with enormous natural selenite crystals, some reaching approximately 12 meters in length and weighing several tons. These magnificent crystal formations didn't appear overnight. Scientists believe they developed over hundreds of thousands of years, as mineral-rich hot water and remarkably stable underground conditions allowed the crystals to grow at an exceptionally slow rate. However, there's a reason this hidden wonder remains largely inaccessible to visitors. The cave's extreme environment, with temperatures approaching 60°C and humidity levels close to 100%, makes it incredibly dangerous for humans to stay inside for extended periods. Exploring it safely requires specialized protective gear and strict precautions. What makes this place even more fascinating is that the very conditions that make it so difficult for humans to survive are the same ones that helped create its gigantic crystals. Hidden beneath the Earth for thousands of years, this spectacular natural formation is a reminder that some of our planet's most unbelievable wonders are still found far below its surface. ✨ A place so beautiful it looks unreal, yet so extreme that humans can barely explore it. 💎 #sarcasm #mexico #caves #explorepage #earth
