Rido ogni volta che vedo questa foto.
Mi piace perché ricordo il momento. La stanchezza del giorno prima e io che facevo la tdc ( come direbbe un mio caro amico)per buttarla in leggerezza.

🌅🌊 Coastal stairways and sunset skies in Laguna Beach. Always enjoy catching the coastline from a different perspective, especially when the sunset delivers. Couldn’t have asked for much better conditions. 👌
Music composer Anirudh Ravichander and SunRisers Hyderabad co-owner Kavya Maran are officially getting married in an intimate, private wedding ceremony in Greece on November 10 and 11, 2026. Following over a year of viral relationship rumours, their wedding was formally confirmed on October 16–17, 2026, through an announcement made by DMK leader M.K. Stalin on behalf of the families. Following the destination wedding, the couple will host a star-studded, high-profile reception on Saturday, November 21, 2026, at 6:30 PM at the ITC Grand Chola in Chennai. Sun Group chairman Kalanithi Maran, alongside Anirudh’s parents Ravi Raghavendra and Lakshmi, have already personally extended invitations to top national and state dignitaries, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Joseph Vijay, and Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy, ensuring an immense gathering of political figures and Indian cinema icons. . . #funnymeme #vn_vinith
PROTEIN POWDER 101! + 3 protein smoothie recipes below 👇 with @formnutrition (the protein I’ve used for 8 years) AD! As a qualified trainer, Form performance protein is the protein I have always recommended. It ticks the Leucine threshold (albeit debated, it’s still important!) where many other brands fall short. It also blends really well into smoothies, no chalky texture, and is Informed Sport Certified (the gold standard for independent testing!) My favourite flavour is chocolate peanut! Tastes like a a snickers bar 😊 I find if you eat them with food, in smoothies or an oat bowl / bake, they taste great every time. Protein smoothie 3 ways: Snickers-in-a-glass: 250ml soy milk 1 serving of Form Performance Protein (Chocolate Peanut Flavour) 3 tbsp rolled oats 1 tbsp chia seeds Creatine (optional) 2 tsp peanut butter Pinch of sea salt 1 Ice cube Dash of water if needed for blending consistency Green Goddess Smoothie: 250ml Soy Milk 1 serving of Form Performance Protein (Vanilla Flavour) 1 small banana 1 medium handful of spinach 2 tsp almond butter 1 tbsp chia seeds Pinch of sea salt 1 ice cube Dash of water if needed for blending consistency Blueberry & Almond Butter Smoothie: 250ml Soy Milk 1 serving of Form Performance Protein (Vanilla Flavour) 1 handful of blueberries (fresh or frozen) 3 tbsp rolled oats 2 tsp almond butter 1 tbsp chia seeds Pinch of sea salt 1 ice cube Dash of water if needed for blending consistency Method: Place ingredients in a blender cup and blend until very smooth, adding more water if you prefer a thinner consistency! Pour over ice and enjoy. Much love, Sophx #protein #plantbased #personaltrainer
The student protests in France are only part of the story. Across Europe, high school and university students are taking to the streets to expose deteriorating education conditions and the failures of the system itself. From Belgium to Albania, from Greece to Ireland, students are mobilising to demand better education, more funding and an end to social inequalities. Some protesters have slammed their governments for putting war before education. In the squares of Albania, the message is even sharper: “What Albania needs is a revolution, a change. It can’t go on like this.” In Italy, Germany and Greece, students are explicitly linking their protests to those in France. Schools have been occupied, or occupations attempted, in Turin, Naples, Rome and Bologna, as well as Hamburg and Berlin, with one clear demand: more investment in schools, less in war. New protests began today. In Spain, an indefinite teachers’ strike has been announced, with educators demanding better salaries and better learning conditions for students. Demonstrations in defence of public education were also held at the Complutense University of Madrid, where riot police broke up the protest. Some mobilisations have lasted far longer than a few days or weeks. In Serbia, students have been protesting for two years against corruption, negligence and a lack of transparency. It all started with a railway station collapse that killed 16 people and came to symbolise public anger over a decaying state. Meanwhile, in Austria, thousands have taken to the streets since the start of the school year to protest a law banning girls under 14 from wearing the hijab. Students and supporters denounce racism and discrimination, with a clear message: “My head! My headscarf! My decision!” Across Europe, calls for radical change are growing louder. In their own words, things can’t go on like this anymore.
