Here’s to feeling the fear and doing it anyway. ❤️ In every area of life.
When I was asked to lead worship for our women’s Bible study, my first reaction was fear. I hadn’t played the piano in over 15 years, felt completely unqualified. But something in me knew I needed to say yes.
And now? It’s become one of the sweetest parts of my week. Something that brings me so much joy and makes me feel so close to Jesus.
I’m learning this same lesson in my season of recovery. Almost every single day, I’m faced with a choice: lean into the uncomfortable, face the fear, and keep moving forward… or retreat to what feels familiar and safe.
And I keep coming back to this question: What if the very thing you’re most afraid of is the thing that will set you free?
What if there’s so much more joy, growth, healing, and freedom waiting on the other side of that fear?
So here’s to being women who say yes even when we’re scared. Who do hard things. Who trust God more than we trust our fears.
Because we were never meant to do any of it alone. And sometimes the most beautiful things in life are waiting on the other side of a scary yes. ❤️
