October 11th, 10 AM. My very first HYROX race. 🥹❤️‍🔥

I honestly don’t even know where to begin because my heart is SO full.

Five months ago, Alex and I started training for HYROX, not knowing where this journey would take us. And yesterday, I stood at the starting line with one of my oldest friends, as an official HYROX ambassador. 🥹

Something I never thought would be possible for me.

For the longest time, I thought singing was the one thing I was truly good at. But HYROX has shown me that there’s so much more to discover about myself. That I’m capable of more than I think. That I can find passion in places I never expected.

And honestly? HYROX has changed my life. ❤️‍🔥

The community, the energy, the people pushing themselves beyond their limits and cheering each other on… it’s something so special. And getting to experience all of this with Alex by my side makes it even more meaningful.

I’m SO proud, SO grateful, and more motivated than ever. I know I still have a long way to go, but I can’t wait to see what I’m capable of.

And if there’s one thing I want you to take away from this: NEVER underestimate yourself. Grab your best friend, sign up for that race, and just GO FOR IT. It’s hard, it’s challenging, but the feeling afterwards is worth every second.

Thank you HYROX for this incredible experience . Thank you @alex__the__potato for sharing this journey with me. Thank you to everyone who supports me. And thank you to myself for daring to try something new. 🥹❤️

First HYROX done. This is only the beginning. 🏁❤️‍🔥

Thank You @hyroxsui @hyroxger

Our latest investigation exposes a British man who fought for the Israeli army in Gaza when war crimes appear to have been committed.

Jonathan Burman, who is in his mid-20s and from Manchester, posted photographs on his Instagram account showing him fighting in Khan Younis early in the conflict.

Newly discovered images show Burman standing in front of a primary school in Gaza that had been set on fire, as a fellow soldier smiles beside him.

Will the UK government investigate dual nationals who fought for Israel during a genocide?

There are so many things I thought I’d be that I never became. But the dreams I reached are much better. You have to legitimize yourself.
