Isn't it better to use the apps to setup a date, and then there you can get to know each other? Maybe a call prior to meeting to feel out the vibes

Im so bad at small talk like this. I just say "I like your profile it looks like we have a lot in common!" Then ask them how their weeks going and if they wanna meet up this weekend lol
