Perfect Game Scout

Orlando Oates, the 92nd overall ranked player in the Class of 2028, has announced his commitment to Arizona State.

‘28 INF Orlando Oates (CA) presents an enticing blend of athleticism, twitch & strength projection. He’s got range, smoothness & plenty of arm strength in the dirt. Offensively, it’s a loose, easy stroke with present bat speed & impact.
