National Coaches Day seemed like the perfect excuse to appreciate these three 🥹💗

Helen, Emma & Tilly, thank you for all the hours, patience, encouragement, laughs and everything you put into Tink. So much of what she achieves starts with the work you do behind the scenes.

She absolutely loves her little gym world, and a huge part of that is because of you three 🫶🏼✨
@liverpooltumblers @tillycoaches

Some of the tumblers who inspire Tink ❤️

She loves watching these girls tumble and getting to have their signatures on her T-shirt was pretty special 🥹📸

National Age & British Champs 2026 🇬🇧

Yesterday was a little tough for Tink. She was super nervous and on her second run things didn’t quite go to plan, but she improvised, kept going and finished 6th 🥺

Today, all she wanted was to go out there and complete the run she didn’t manage yesterday… and she DID IT 🥹

She finished 11th in Youth Women, but honestly, watching her come back today, putting yesterday behind her and doing exactly what she set out to do means so much more than a placing.
So proud of you Tink. You showed so much resilience this weekend and kept going even when it felt hard 🥹

To her coaches, thank you for everything you do for her, for believing in her and for being there through all the nerves, highs and lows 🥹 @liverpooltumblers @tillycoaches

A huge thank you to her teammates who came to support, her friends and teammates cheering her on from home, and her best friend @flossie.artistic_gymnast for coming all the way to support her, love you🫶🏼🥹❤️

Thank you to everyone there for all the support, cheers and claps. It means more than you know ❤️

And a huge well done to everyone who competed this weekend! 🇬🇧👏🏻
