My dad doesn’t enjoy gifts. At all. Ma and I are the complete opposite so we attempted to gift him something he will actually use and enjoy. Plus, the best gift is a gift with no occasion! So, we surprised Pops with his very own special customised Diwali edition AirPods. Limited edition, ‘cos we cool like that! Hella cute. He looks happy! Mission accomplished 🤓 . 🚨WARNING! A LOT of flashing lights 🚨 It’s gotta be the best seat in the house and I don’t take it for granted. The opportunity to soak up the whole show and audience shoulder to shoulder with @aichadrums, delving into Hans’ absolute treasure chest of work, surrounded by our insane(/ly talented) tour family is something that will stay with me for life. Special love to @lightswitchdesign for incorporating the audience in the lighting design giving us our own special show looking out from stage every night. No exquisite detail or opportunity to raise the bar left untouched by any part of this production, it starts with @hanszimmer and flows into every department ♥️🙏 #hanszimmer #hanszimmerlive #drummer #doubledrums #piratesofthecarribean
Still remember how we randomly woke up at 4 AM, looked at each other, and realised we were both smiling for no reason? Somehow, that turned into the longest conversation about life, luck, hard work, and how beautiful it is to simply be where we are. Maybe it’s the people around me, the way things have been unfolding lately, or a few words from someone special that stayed with me longer than I expected. Whatever it is, something about these past few days has felt different, in the most beautiful way. I think the one thing I want to hold on to is this: keep doing your part, keep your intentions pure, and don’t let the world’s perception of you dictate how you live. People may misunderstand your actions, question your choices, or see things differently, but your soul knows the intentions behind everything you do. And when you know you’ve tried to do right, there’s a certain peace in leaving the rest to God. As the song goes, “कर्म बिना नसीब तोड़ फल खाया नहीं जाता।” You have to do your part, but you also have to believe in something beyond yourself. Maybe that’s what those random 4 AM smiles are about. Nothing extraordinary happening, nothing to prove to anyone, just a quiet realisation that life has been incredibly kind. And sometimes, that feeling is more than enough. Maybe that’s how an atheist slowly begins believing in someone they never thought they would. And if you’ve read this far, maybe it’s your sign to believe a little, too.
