Art, like music, books, architecture, food and everything that hits our senses with beauty, fascinate and inspire us equally.
The choice of what catches our eyes is not within a single style or period, it varies quite a lot. As much as we'd love to claim our fake basket full of Francis Bacon, Cecily Brown and all of the Empire des Lumières, we feel extremely fortunate and blessed to have been able to see all of these wonderful paintings and exhibitions at galleries and museums open to the public. Vive la culture !
