Group ride this Saturday!! It’s Mega @midsouthgravel this weekend and the grand depart is leaving the shop at 8am sharp! Come roll out with all the Mega riders doing 300 miles and cheer them on. I just want you to know that seeing all these rides is killing me because even with the 10 hour drive to get there I still contemplate showing up for the ride. We had such a great time at MidSouth this year and the FOMO is real.

A Reform councillor from South London has been recorded calling for King Charles to be decapitated because he “is a Muslim”, while another senior Reform councillor from Solihull said of Asian people: “drag out of their homes, stick them on planes and **** them off to Pakistan.”

It’s part of an undercover investigation by ITV Exposure into Nigel Farage’s Reform UK.

Councillor Dean Miller told us he was heavily medicated at the time due to a chronic pain condition and has since resigned from Reform.
Councillor Raymond Dunning did not respond to our request for comment.

In a statement shared with ITV News, Reform UK said “Where members, activists and councillors have clearly behaved inappropriately, investigations have commenced. In some cases, there have been suspensions and due process must be followed.”

“Reform UK has improved and prioritised its vetting procedures, but from time to time, a handful of individuals who do not share our values will initially make it through vetting. This is the same for all organisations.”

⁉️ چرا؟ چون رشد جنین به حجم غذای مادر وابسته نیست!

نوع خوراکی، تعداد دفعات خوردن، ترکیب وعده‌ها و بعضی اشتباهات رایج تغذیه‌ای می‌تونن تفاوت بزرگی ایجاد کنن..

😊 سه ماهه سوم بارداری اوج وزن گیری جنین هست ‌و مادرم هم داره بیشترین وزن رو میگیره، اگه میخوای خودت چاق نشی، ولی جنینت تپلی بشه… باید یک رژیم غذایی سالم و پرپروتئین در سه ماهه سوم ( هفته ۲۸ به بعد بارداری) داشته باشی….

✅ این غذاهای پروتئینی گزینه خوبی هستند:

1️⃣ ماست رو یونانی یا ایسلندی بخورید.
2️⃣ روزانه یک عدد بلال یا ذرت مصرف کنید.
3️⃣ روزی یک وعده سالاد حبوبات بخورید.
4️⃣ ماش پلو یا عدس پلو با گوشت بخورید.
5️⃣ ساندویچ فلافل خانگی با روغن کم بخورید.
6️⃣ کوکو عدس یا اسفناج بخورید.
7️⃣ فرنی با آرد برنج و پودر مغزجات بخورید.
8️⃣از کینوا پخته داخل سالاد ها اضافه کنید.
9️⃣ روزانه سه عدد گردو مصرف کنید.

مابقی غذاها هم داخل رژیم های سه ماهه سوم بارداری بهتون گفتم….

✅ و اما رژیم های سه ماهه سوم بارداری اومادایت:

✔️ اگر میخواهید برنامه غذایی برای وزن گیری جنین داشته باشید بدون چاق شدن خودت…..

✔️ اگر میخواهید برنامه غذایی یک هفته قبل و یک هفته بعد از زایمان ( طبیعی یا سزارین) را داشته باشید…
