Y’all done let 10 months pass and STILL talking about “next week” 😭

1st of the month is next week…. Lock in frfr this time🙂‍↕️

For everyone who has already moved onto Christmas, I apologize for being a day late 😝

The girls had a lovely night of trick or treating where I was not in fact wearing this 🙈. Nora even got brave enough by the end of the night to say “Happy Ween!”

Apparently you can’t stitch videos anymore? But all credit to @sashabelair_ for the inspiration. And also credit to @eviee.handcrafted who surely got into my head with her incredible fish dress and made me want to try my hand at beaded embroidery.

Your mood changes. Your schedule changes. Your obligations change.

Your commitment to your goals doesn’t have to change.

Yes, listen to your body, stay aware of your emotions, and still show up.

Often, we allow our emotions and circumstances to dictate our actions. We wait to feel motivated, for life to slow down, for the conditions to be just right.

But consistency isn’t about always feeling ready. It’s about learning to show up even when you don’t.

And showing up won’t always look the same. Some days you’ll give 100%. Other days, 20% is all you have. Both count.

Because every time you keep a promise to yourself, you’re building something far more valuable than discipline.

You’re building self-trust.

And the more you trust yourself to show up, the less you need to rely on motivation to keep going.

Don’t let how you feel in a moment determine what you’re capable of becoming. 🫶
