🚨 ANDREW JACKED FINALLY FIXED HIS MOST MUSCULAR POSE!

I’m happy to see this because that pose has always looked awkward on Andrew. The old version looked out of place compared with the rest of the lineup, and at the Mr. Olympia level, presentation matters.

Andrew has an incredible physique, but I still believe posing is one of the biggest things holding him back, most muscular, side chest, side triceps, and simply hitting the mandatories with more authority.

Samson, Nick, Derek and Hadi are all excellent at presenting their physiques. Andrew has the tools to beat anyone, but he needs to maximize those tools on stage.

This is constructive criticism because I genuinely want to see Andrew become Mr. Olympia one day.

Do you agree: is POSING one of Andrew Jacked’s biggest weaknesses right now?

What was your favorite moment from the back-to-back Dodgers titles?! What is the biggest change you want to see this offseason? @dmac_la

VĚTRNÍKY (10 ks)

ODPALOVANÉ TĚSTO
60 g mléka, 60 g vody, 3 g cukru krupice, 1 g soli, 50 g másla, 65 g hladké mouky, 110 g vajec (cca 2 ks)

Tekutiny s máslem, cukrem a solí přivedeme k varu, přisypeme mouku a odpálíme. Vmícháme vejce, nastříkáme větrníky a pečeme při 175 °C dozlatova. Viz můj Reels na odpalované těsto.

ŽLOUTKOVÝ KRÉM
100 g žloutků (cca 5 ks), 65 g kukuřičného škrobu, 625 g mléka, 115 g cukru krupice, 1 vanilkový lusk, 125 g másla

Žloutky, cukr a škrob smícháme s horkým mlékem a provaříme do zhoustnutí. Po zchladnutí zašleháme máslo. Viz můj Reels na žloutkový krém.

KARAMELOVÁ ŠLEHAČKA
140 g cukru krupice, 300 g smetany (33–35 %), 1 plátek želatiny

Cukr zkaramelizujeme, zalijeme horkou smetanou a provaříme. Vmícháme namočenou želatinu, přecedíme, vychladíme přes noc a vyšleháme.

KARAMELOVÁ POLEVA
150 g cukru krupice, 100 g smetany (33–35 %), špetka maldonské soli

Cukr zkaramelizujeme, zalijeme smetanou a provaříme. Přidáme sůl a v teplém karamelu namáčíme vršky větrníků.

Větrníky rozkrojíme, naplníme oběma krémy a přiklopíme karamelovými vršky.
