Looking back through these pictures from the International Women Leadership Conference, convened by the extraordinary Mrs. Ibukun Awosika, I am reminded of what happens when we drop our guards and embrace our collective strength.

This year’s theme, “Losing the Fear,” wasn’t just spoken from the stage, it was felt in every embrace, every conversation, and every shared moment. Across ages, races, tribes, religions, and backgrounds, there was only pure love, mutual respect, and sisterhood.

So honored to have shared this space alongside my amazing CEO @victoriaabiolaajayi and so many inspiring women rewriting the global leadership narrative.
