Here’s a little bit of a backstory 🤣 My sisters and I were all apart of it & I almost fell getting in the ring 🙏🏼 He was scared My favorite show we ever ran, I did my Goldust impression in front of him. DIY flea market tbh Still my goat One of the coolest experiences of my whole life! Felt like such a payoff Love everyone whose been apart of my journey ❤️
Technically a small amount of space…but it changed the feel of the room entirely! Our two-story entryway was so grand but such a narrow hallway leading into the house didn’t match the scale of it. We opened it up, had new headers installed and added segmented arches that complement the ones on the outside of the house. It flows so well and most importantly I can carry my kids through this hallway without going sideways. 🤝 And you already know I’m going to make it a jewel box moment. 😍
Follow me to cut through the hype 💎 Comment “links” to get my picks! Quince’s $50 cashmere is that sweater in the ads, and it’s the one most likely to disappoint if you expect a workhorse. These four share the same knit: Mongolian Cashmere Tee, $45 Mongolian Cashmere Crewneck, $50 Mongolian Cashmere V-Neck, $50 Mongolian Cashmere Cardigan, $80 I own and love the tee (sized up) and the cardigan (fitted, short sleeves I scrunch up – it’s a dainty piece). Buy them as light layers, not as your winter sweater. The light test: an LED panel inside each sweater, room dark. The denser the knit, the less light comes through. Loro Piana barely registered any light. The Quince tee let through about twenty times as much. But we’re not optimizing for fabric. We’re looking for sweaters to wear, so density is only half of it. Turn a sweater inside out and look where the sleeve seam meets the side seam. The Quince sweater that beat Banana Republic on density ranked much lower for the seam linking. A luxury brand delivering an airy knit would not mess this up. BR’s seams are engineered flat, second only to Loro Piana. Where each one belongs: Everyday basic → Uniqlo Affordable updates → Quince Oversized and similar knits Softest hand, bright colors → J.Crew Dressier, with real design → Banana Republic Send this to whoever’s about to order their first Quince.
