Bumble has agreed to a $1.3 billion acquisition by Ithaca Holdings, taking the dating app private. Founder Whitney Wolfe Herd says she will remain actively involved. The deal follows years of declining users and revenue, with paying users falling 16.4% to roughly 3.2 million. Ithaca’s Ravi Gupta and John Hegeman will become co-CEOs.
