Sum’ Sweet Ep.29: Caramel apple pudding
3 tbsp brown sugar
1.5 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp salt
10 oz of vanilla wafers
2 sticks melted unsalted butter
1 large tub of cool whip
1 small tub of cool whip
3.4 oz cheesecake pudding
3.4 oz French vanilla pudding (or regular vanilla)
1.5 cups of cold milk
1 block softened cream cheese (I suggest microwaving it for 30-45 seconds with 1/8 cup of water to soften it. Then mix it up first to make it smooth before adding it to the filling)
2 diced Granny Smith apples
1/2 lemon (juiced)
Caramel topping

You could probably use caramel apple pie filling for a quick substitute for the apples
