It’s National Dessert Day, and this lineup is looking pretty sweet 🍒🥧🎃

Cherry Pie, Pumpkin Spice, and Millionaire Pie—which one are you picking? 😋⚾

My take on the SNL Shane Gillis Monologue

It’s shouldn’t need to be “protect your daughter” & instead the conversation needs to be “educate your son”

If I could make one edit: **ALL the women I know who go to the gym do it to get stronger. Not to be ogled at.**

In case you missed it, during his SNL monologue this weekend, Shane Gillis the following: “I haven’t been to the gym in so long I didn’t know women just dress like whores now? I’m sorry, there’s no other way to describe it. Have you seen it? I’ve seen it. The shorts. Have you seen the shorts?”

Not only does this lack class, but it lacks a great deal of situational awareness. Especially following the assault of Jane Doe and the conversation around victims in this country right now.

There is no place for this rhetoric in our world. This directly undermines the efforts of all those who are exercising and trying to take better care of themselves.

Lastly, I don’t normally take jabs at people’s bodies, but I think that men who attack women on national stages are fair game. I don’t have a problem with how he looks. I have a problem with how he thinks and speaks.

He is an adult. Time to grow up.

TOVERLAND🐲🧙🏽❤️ ze vond het geweldig & wij ook

Show day dump plenty more to come but let’s start with the main event looking back on this I had an amazing day I looked fucking awesome and I’m super proud of the package I brought to the stage it truly was I believe is wellness and after years of building towards this day I always didn’t think I was big enough for a lot of the time and too see on stage I was being silly is really kinda cool and yes I wanted a crown we do this sport for ourselves though we can’t control the outcome we always want to win it’s natural but I did win with myself!

What’s next idk and that’s okay but for now I want to spend time with the amazing people and celebrate the years it took to get here and then get back into a routine and work on balance 🫶🏽

🌍🤖 In a simple experiment, ChatGPT was asked to write five laws for the entire planet, and the results touch on human rights, data privacy, elections, war and the future of AI.

Its proposals included guaranteeing food, clean water, healthcare, shelter and education for everyone, requiring clear consent before anyone uses your face, voice or personal data, and funding elections with public money so private donations carry less weight.

Many of these ideas already exist in some form today, from Europe's data protection rules to the international courts that can prosecute war crimes.

What stands out most is that its final law was written to restrict AI itself, keeping the most important decisions firmly in human hands.

What are your thoughts on this? 🤔💬

33 lbs down postpartum and I haven’t given up carbs, counted every calorie, or followed some crazy restrictive diet. 🌱

I’ve just been doing what I’ve always believed in. Eating an abundance of healthy, whole plant foods, moving my body, and keeping things SIMPLE.

Big bowls of potatoes, rice, pasta, fruit, veggies, beans, and all the delicious sauces. Eating foods that actually fill me up, nourish my body, and make me feel GOOD.

And the best part? I’m doing all of this while breastfeeding, taking care of my baby, and living my life. No starving myself. No cutting out entire food groups. Just consistency and healthy habits that I genuinely enjoy.

That’s exactly why I created **Plant**. To make healthy plant based eating ridiculously easy with delicious recipes, simple meal plans, and everything you need to take the guesswork out of what to eat.

You don’t need another diet. You need a way of eating that you actually LOVE and can stick to for life. 💚

**Comment PLANT and I’ll send you the link!** 🌱
Ps our first group challenge starts Nov 1st! Are you excited?
