when I was home alone with a baby with colic that pretty spent a majority of the time crying (with the colic cry as we call it 😅), my dogs were there to cheer me up, keep me active, listen, & make sure I was okay 🫶🏻

My Chow became my emotional support when I was PP. Anytime I was overwhelmed, he would let me lay on top of him and just cry it out. Dogs are the best!

When did the colic stop snd what did you do to help? In the trenches of colic and just want the crying screams to end hopefully one day soon

Everyone told me I’d hate my dog and my golden has been by my side through it ALL. I’m 3 weeks postpartum and he doesn’t leave my side and I couldn’t imagine hating him or not having him with me through it💛 They’re the best!

My son had severe colic until 4.5 months… I also have 3 dogs. 2 needed to live with my parents due to barking. When he enters daycare they will be back with me ❤️❤️ But I didn’t survive colic. It defeated me, and my son. It crushed my soul. I will never be the same.

My son also had colic and my two goldens were a great source of comfort during that difficult time....they know when you need them ❤️
