Seorang operator perempuan di SPBU 54.801.48 Jalan Diponegoro, Denpasar, viral setelah meluapkan emosinya di hadapan Gubernur Bali Wayan Koster saat kunjungan pada Rabu (14/10/2026) malam. Berdasarkan laporan detikcom, petugas tersebut menangis sambil mengatakan dirinya bukan robot dan juga memiliki hak untuk beristirahat. Keluhan itu muncul setelah SPBU diminta beroperasi 24 jam untuk mengurai antrean kendaraan yang sedang mengular, sementara para operator disebut sudah bekerja melewati jam normal.

Pihak SPBU menjelaskan mereka terkendala jumlah tenaga kerja. Dari total 12 operator, masing-masing lima orang bekerja dalam dua sif setiap hari, dengan jam operasional normal sekitar pukul 06.00 hingga 23.00 Wita. Kondisi makin berat karena seluruh operator di lokasi tersebut adalah perempuan dan salah satunya masih menyusui. Manajemen kini masih membahas solusi tenaga kerja, sementara instruksi buka 24 jam tetap diberikan kepada SPBU di Denpasar dan Badung akibat situasi antrean panjang.
