If you have to avoid online spaces you would normally be in to avoid comments attacking you, you have been bullied whether you admit it to yourself or not.

Whew… of everything that was said the part about not engaging with ppl who don’t know how to accept generalizations hit the hardest! I see it everyday on my FB! I have to stop myself! THERE IS ALWAYS EXCEPTIONS TO THE RULE! #Triggered lol

We’ve forgotten that we don’t HAVE TO log onto any of these platforms. I would take every social media app off my phone. And as crazy as this sounds, I would just call, hang out with and engage with my friends and family. I know it sounds crazy. But what a novel idea.
