It’s my birthday 🥹🎂✨ What a year it’s been!! 🫶🏽 I’m feeling so grateful for all the beautiful experiences, memories and people this past year has brought into my life 🤍 Feeling very lucky and excited for everything this next year may bring ✨

It’s time to pack it in for the year yall.

In the latest episode Rise and Fall 2, one saw the actress Swara Bhasker get emotional. She said, “What I feel the worst about is that everyone at home stopped me from coming on the show, even though it is prestigious. Fahad, as well as my parents, told me that I wouldn’t be able to stay without Rabu. I feel very bad living in this atmosphere.

I am told I say sugarcoated things to people’s faces, but I am only trying to make the game lighter, rather than shame each other on personal grounds. I keep feeling that I didn’t come here to do all this.

All of them are playing a game, but for me it’s a different struggle. If I keep quiet for 30 seconds, I miss my daughter and want to leave the show to go back to her. I had asked Shehzad to send me to the basement. I wanted to get out.

More than playing a game, we are all just fighting. I request: please send me to the basement.”

Spoiler alert: contractions hurt! 🙃 Labor prep is not just dates, red raspberry leaf tea and bouncing on a yoga ball. Mental preparation is required to best endure the discomfort of labor (even if you plan to get an epidural, like me). What techniques do you have in your bag of tricks when your contractions ramp up? 🥵

A fist full of ice for 60 seconds was a trick @chanelhogue_ taught me during my first pregnancy and while the intensity doesn’t quite compare, it’s a great practice for maintaining your breathing, keeping your body loose and releasing your jaw and shoulders, keeping your composure through discomfort.
