The early bird catches the sunrise… above the clouds 🌅 Being a pilot means never really having a 9-to-5 schedule. And honestly, I see that as more of an advantage than a disadvantage 🤩 Of course, early mornings can be tough. Especially when you get called out of standby, have to pack your bags, get ready, check out of the hotel, and head straight to the airport. All while the rest of the world is still asleep. It’s a lot of rushing around before the day has even begun. But the reward usually doesn’t take long to arrive 🙏🏼 Flying east as the sun slowly rises right in front of us, watching the sky turn into the most incredible shades of orange, pink, and gold… Suddenly, all that early morning stress is forgotten 😮‍💨 Moments like these remind me that sometimes the smallest things in life are actually the biggest ones ✨ What about you? Are you an early bird or more of a night owl? #pilotpatrick #earlybird #sunrise #cockpitview #privatejet
Philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche believed some of his best ideas came while walking, often spending hours exploring the Swiss Alps. He encouraged people to spend more time outdoors, believing movement helped produce better ideas. Over a century later, Stanford researchers found that walking increased creative thinking by an average of 60% compared to sitting. Another study found that walking in nature also reduces repetitive negative thoughts and overthinking. Nietzsche recognized the connection between movement and the mind long before modern science began studying it. “Never Trust a Thought That Occurs to You Indoors”
Somebody pinch me, we have another HIT here 🥹 3 weeks of trending on @netflix_in and now reaching audiences across 50 countries 🌍😃 So much love pouring in our DMs from Australia, Canada, US, UK, all over the world .. That’s the power of OTT and good bingeable content I guess 💫 SHAQUE will always hold a special place in my heart & I’m deeply grateful to our director @rensildsilva , our producers @siddharthpmalhotra @sapnamalhotra01 and the amazing people at Netflix @tanyabami @shikhaarif.sharma @anupkadam_ @monika__shergill for believing in this story and bringing it to life & for trusting me yet again 🥰 And to everyone who has embraced Shreya with understanding & empathy and have taken the time to share such beautiful words with me — you’ve made this journey more meaningful than I can put into words. I carry so much gratitude for all the love this character has found beyond the screen 🙏🏼 #ShaqueTrustNoOne
