It’s funny how we can spend so long thinking about a change, only to realise that the hardest part was making the choice.

The rest? We figure it out.

10 POUNDS DOWN! 🥹 But can we talk about the changes that have nothing to do with the scale?

One thing I forgot to mention in this video is that I’ve been waking up naturally between 5:30 and 6 AM. No alarm clock, no dragging myself out of bed, just waking up feeling ready to start my day. Y’all, that is NEW for me!

Over these past few weeks, I’ve been intentional about changing my habits, moving my body, being mindful of what I consume, and creating a wellness routine that actually fits my lifestyle.

I’ve also been incorporating @thedetoxnow into my RESET journey, and what I’m learning is that wellness isn’t about doing everything perfectly. It’s about being consistent, listening to your body, and making choices that support the woman you’re becoming.

I’m 10 pounds down through the changes I’ve been making, but I’m equally excited about how I’m showing up for myself. The mornings, the discipline, the energy, the mindset. All of it matters.

Beauty really does start before the makeup. 🤎
