you don’t need to spend 2 hours in the gym doing 6+ exercises with 4+ sets each to build muscle. more exercises and volume don’t automatically mean more growth !! Ya’ll tell truckers to stay off the fast lanes when majority of the time cars are camping on the left lane. Me and the Tundra were behind these two for a good 5 minutes until the car in front of me moved over to let me through and of course the dude camping in the fast lane gets in my lane when I’m getting momentum again smh.
