Scrubbed up for @shiseido Intensive SculptDefine Serum dinner. What a lovely evening with great people! Needed that laugh, I think we covered everything from ghostly encounters to A&E disasters! My kind of varied dinner discussion… (ad-press trip)

Very sexy and glamorous table!

Me and @samchapman taking life seriously as usual…

Again, taking things seriously.

Do you think I have a type?

I’ll ask you again. Do you think I have a type, and does it involve black leather.

Dress by amazing @wiggykit - couple of years old now but absolutely timeless.

Hair done (as always) using my @cloudninehair curling wand.

Some @shiseido Lifting Sculpting Defining goodness.

This guy freaked me and @drchristinehall OUT. His hand! His beard! Sorry if this is anyone’s relative, no offence or anything. I’m doubting this is a recent portrait though. 🤣 What are the rectangles in his beard?!

We didn’t get a photo but DID manage to film ourselves seeing if we could get the entire starter into our mouths in one go. Priorities, eh, @drchristinehall?

@samchapman doing poses - brilliant photography by @lilycraigen

A good night well done. Would like to say I slept like a baby but I just kept thinking that ghosts were breathing on me so thanks for that everyone.

Burrata salad, lunchtime. This was just the starter!

Pavlova, again, LUNCHTIME! I basically didn’t stop eating yesterday. But needed a massive amount of fuelling because also didn’t stop talking.

Went for the light and healthy option this morning. Don’t worry, I washed it down with a hot chocolate! #balance 🤣

Ukraine says SpaceX has put new speed limits on military grade Starlink terminals without warning, disrupting some missions, according to multiple outlets. SpaceX hasn’t commented.

The affected service is StarShield, a Starlink subscription for government and military use. The Journal reports Ukraine’s access runs under a Defense Department contract. A Pentagon spokesman referred questions to President Trump’s remarks on intelligence sharing.

Zelensky adviser Serhiy Beskrestnov said the limit began overnight and forces got no warning. Accounts of the threshold vary. Beskrestnov and a Ukrainian defense ministry official point to about 160 km/h (100 mph), while Ukraine’s 7th Corps told Reuters connections dropped for 10 to 20 seconds at just 110 to 120 km/h. Units cancelled some missions.

Per the Journal, drones can still fly but video feeds are less reliable, especially against moving targets, and they must fly slower to stay connected, making them easier to hit. Midrange drones are harder to launch, and Ukrainian officials say Starlink had recently helped Ukraine intercept Russia’s jet powered drones. Slower ground drones are largely unaffected.

Drones flying over Russia were already barred from StarShield and use other guidance, so strikes on Russian oil and diesel production are unlikely to be affected, officials and defense executives told the Journal.

The limit comes as Washington presses Kyiv to stop striking Russian refineries. Trump said Tuesday the U.S. is still sharing intelligence, after Zelensky said Kyiv received no warning ahead of a Russian missile attack.

An easy chicken curry for a cozy night in. A recipe that I remember my mom making for me when I was little to try and get me to eat more protein. Don’t forget to put the curry leaves in after the whole spices like I did!

Try it, and let me know what you think!

Sometimes all love needs is a snowstorm ❄️❤️ “Snowbody Like You” starring @kelleyjakle @littlecolton @lanamckissack @iampaulineegan @genshott is coming soon!
