I was a senior in HS. My grandma went to visit her sister in Sugarland and for Christmas she got me a sweatshirt from this football team is never heard of. I said “thanks, I love it!” Put it in my closet and never thought about it again. 25 years later I’m living in Houston and the Texans are talking about their inaugural season. I said “wait, I have a Texans sweatshirt from Christmas 2001” and it turns out my mom sent it to goodwill when I went to college because I never wore it 🤣😆
