He gets my vote 2003 truck series champion when that series was at its peak. And yes he was the first driver to win driving a Toyota in the top 3 series.

You have to remember, the truck series of 2003 was completely different animal. It was going to shorter tracks, was harder to find on TV, and while it was a feeder to the other two series, it just wasn’t as good as it is now. His inability to catch on at a higher level is my vote for no.
