Stepping into abundance here. Saying you really want something more doesn’t mean you’re ungrateful for what you have. Saying you deserve something doesn’t mean someone else doesn’t. And knowing that something would make you really happy doesn’t mean you won’t be happy with out it. Let’s go @grammys @arkaimusic

After my twins, I felt like I was fighting against my own body, trying to heal my diastasis recti (ab separation).

Since then, I’ve gotten certified to teach this but these are still the things I wish I’d known sooner. I think they would have made my own healing smoother and faster.

Real core progress comes from learning the base layer of core connection, then adding progressions to work back up to challenging moves. And don’t just do what someone else with abs is doing. It might not be right for you.

4. 𝟑𝟔𝟎 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐬 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤. It seemed woo-woo to me at first, but now I see it as a vital skill, not only for my core but for my nervous system and stress levels too. Breathing into your ribs, belly, and back naturally connects to the movement of your pelvic floor as it relaxes and contracts. This is literally the first s

Apparently, putting on concerts comes with detective work now 🤷🏼‍♀️

After what Raye says were hundreds of thousands of fake registrations from scalpers using AI bots, her team is manually fixing it.

The ticket-scalping business goes much deeper than this one show. Follow the court cases, and then follow the money.

Who should be responsible for getting tickets into fans’ hands?

Officially 5 days out from @swimsuitusa! Looking forward to an amazing week in the Dominican Republic 🌴
