an hour agoI think he means 225 still feels like 225. Like I can walk in cold and do it even on a bad day no problem but I still know it’s 225. Might also be mental because it was that first goal and you feel like it’s supposed to be heavy.🤷♂️
hours agoGrown man should be able to walk in and throw up 135 i mean thats a pushup 😂
hours agoI don’t understand how are people arguing that once you get stronger your older max’s feel the same this is basic knowledge btw. I didn’t used to be able to bench 225 couple of months back now let me tell you I do it for 4 and yes it feels way lighter, just like every machine exercise once you get stronger the older weight feels way lighter 😭
hours agoi genuinely cannot tell if this is a filter the way it blends in with his features
hours agoHow do people feel that? Like, when I started a 100 kg deadlift was HEAVY, now it's just air(?. Like how does it feel the same? That applies for every lift not just deadlift.
hours agoI’ve talked about this. My body has incredible strength potential but only taps into when I need to use it. Used to move furniture (run solid 15mi a day because of the job) competitively powerlift. I weigh at 145 but I move well over my bw. Yet I’d still say 225, 500, feel the same as they once did. Theres no struggle, but it still feels the weigh it feels. I HAVE noticed when I’m stockier and walking around with more bf (160-170), weight feels lighter. In conclusion mass moves mass. If you’re gaining strength while keeping the same bw that weight will still feel relative to your bw
