Neetu Kapoor celebrated Ashtami with a special Kanya Pujan ceremony at her home, and her granddaughter Raha Kapoor became the centre of attention. Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s daughter participated in the traditional ritual as a kanjak, with Neetu washing her feet and offering prayers. The actress shared glimpses of the celebration on her Instagram Stories, giving fans a look at the family’s festive moments.

20-30 min?! I can work with that!! 🔥 (you’ll want to save this!)

I used to think a workout only counted i could carve out an hour+, but now I care about building fitness during the life constraints I have of 3 little kids and a busy schedule— it means hour-long sessions will get skipped at this phase of life.

Sometimes going back to the basics of strength & well-rounded fitness can tick every box:

🤝 20-30 minutes
🤝 Simple, effective moves with a sprinkle of heart health and bone density benefits
🤝 Dumbbells at home
🤝 Progressive overload, so the weights bump up and build over time
.
10 per side b stance split squat
12 squat to upright row
16 deadbug lat pullover
1 min fast jump rope (heart & bones matter too!)
8 burpee or pushup variation of choice
.
It really can be that simple and resistance training you can follow on your own terms, from your living room or basement does exist. If you’re a busy mom who wants to get stronger, be able to run around with your kids and build capacity for the future as well, save this for your next workout
.
Follow along and comment “20” 👇if you want to know how I structure my week and need a lower body & core session to try! 💪🏼

THE ART OF SHOWING UP ✨

Black tailoring, golden accents and a setting that speaks for itself. A little drama, a lot of elegance, exactly my kind of evening.
