ARE WE RACE READY? HELL YES! 🔥🇦🇪

Been training for it. Been dreaming of it. Been eyeing this race for a long time!

The journey to get here wasn't easy. A few struggles, some setbacks, and plenty of challenges along the way. But WE MADE IT! 💪

Everything is set. The mind is focused. The heart is ready.

Tomorrow, 7 AM, we go ALL IN! ⛰️🔥

One mission: BRING THAT MEDAL HOME! 🏅🇦🇪

Drop me a message of motivation in the comments! I'll be reading them before the start line. LET'S GOOO! 🚀

While most people were rushing to escape an approaching hurricane, one man reportedly had something else on his mind — saving the animals that couldn’t escape on their own. ❤️

He transformed an entire bus into a real-life Noah’s Ark, packing it with rescued dogs, cats, carriers, blankets, food, and whatever other supplies he could fit. With a powerful storm closing in, he was trying to keep dozens of frightened animals safe while getting them out of harm’s way.

Leaving would have been the easier choice. He could’ve assumed someone else would come for them. Instead, he reportedly refused to leave them behind and gave them a chance to survive.

The animals may never understand how much effort someone went through to save their lives… but that somehow makes the story even more touching. 🥹❤️

At least 1 in 21 women or girls in Gaza have either lost their life or are living with lifelong disabilities.

Palestinian women and girls continue to be targeted in spite of both warring parties agreeing to a cessation of violence in October 2025.

Roughly 277 women and girls are among those who have been killed by the Israeli army over the past year.
Check out the articles written by @thenewarab if you would like to learn more about the experience of Palestinian in Gaza and across occupied Palestine.
