Not quite fall but the outfit is still giving! You could’ve done this same outfit, but in cream, brown and orange. Cream dress, brown shoes and the cardigan in orange. Just come visit NYC For fall lol

Near Lake Hodges in San Diego County, rival supercolonies of Argentine ants have fought territorial battles on an enormous scale. In a study published in 2006, UC San Diego researchers estimated that at least 15 million workers died along one colony’s borders in just six months.

Both sides belong to the same species. Argentine ants recognize colony membership through chemical cues, allowing workers from distant nests within one supercolony to cooperate while attacking nearby outsiders. These colonies are networks of nests, so the conflict stretches far beyond a fight between two anthills.

Happy Saturday! I'm your lead host today and I am thrilled to honor an inspiring yogi who I bet many of you know and love, too @rocknyoga 💜 Rachel and I connected years ago via IG and I've always been drawn to her positive vibes, irresistible smile, and incredible practice. She is a spirit lifter!

I chose one of the few poses of hers I can come close to recreating lol! This side plank has an intense side bend and hip opener, but read my tips for ways to work it. Modify with different arm and leg variations. The important part is the SMILE 😁

Rachel's favorite band is The Grateful Dead - she uses their songs in her posts often, and I invite you to do the same today! 🎵

📝 My tips:

👉🏼 Warm up your wrists, side bends, and hips - the top leg will be in a tree pose
👉🏼 I found it easiest to start with my chest rotated down at first and fingers touching the ground already, and then slowly rotate my chest towards the sky (rather than reaching for the ground last)
👉🏼 Hands are relatively close together and top arm fingertips touch down in front of grounded hand
👉🏼 Grounded foot is flat if possible
👉🏼 Smile!
