Sebagai guru PJOK di SMPN 35 Jakarta, Dewi Masyitah punya caranya sendiri untuk mengajak siswanya hidup sehat, yaitu menyediakan air minum gratis di sekolah setiap hari.

Belasan sampai puluhan galon ia siapkan tiap harinya.

Inspiratif banget! 👏

Rebuilding your self-worth isn’t just about doing more. It’s also about stopping the behaviours that quietly teach you that you’re not enough.

1. Stop checking who viewed your story and using it to decide whether someone cares.

2. Stop changing your personality, appearance or opinions to be more appealing to someone.

3. Stop saying yes when you want to say no because you’re afraid of disappointing people.

4. Stop constantly looking for reassurance that someone still likes you.

5. Stop chasing people who repeatedly show you they’re not willing to meet you halfway.

6. Stop comparing your relationship, appearance, career or life to what you see online.

7. Stop over-explaining your boundaries because you feel like you need permission to have them.

8. Stop making someone else’s inconsistency mean there’s something wrong with you.

9. Stop putting your needs aside because someone else might be unhappy with them.

10. Stop waiting for someone else to choose you before deciding that you’re worth choosing.

Your self-worth starts to change when you stop abandoning yourself for validation, attention or acceptance.

I created my Identity Shift Guide to help with exactly that.

Comment WORTH and I’ll send it to you. 🤍

DIY felt star garland ! 💫✨🧡 This was super fun to make it and it turned out sooo cute. Depending on the colors you make, it could totally work for Christmas too! I definitely plan on doing a Christmas one with reds and greens. Inspired by a cute video I saw from @heyitsjordanmichelle

Supplies needed:
-felt, paper, scissors, and DMC Floss thread

Steps:
-cut out a star using using paper, you’ll use this to trace
-trace out all your stars with the stencil on the felt. You’ll need two stars for each piece on the garland
-Sew both stars together using the “blanket stitch”. Super easy to learn, I just watched tutorials!
-Stitch until a little opening is left and stuff with filling to make the star puffy
-close up the stitch and either sew or hot glue on a ribbon

Such a fun DIY! Let me know if you make this 🧡 #crafting #DIY #fallcrafting #halloweencraft #halloweendecor
