#NEWS: A Compton family is grieving the loss of their beloved 9 year old husky, Ruso, after the dog was allegedly taken from their home on October 4 and later found hanging from a leash in an alley in neighboring Lynwood.

The Reyes family says they are struggling to understand how such a tragedy could happen. “In your head, you would never imagine that somebody is capable of doing such an act, you know?” Filiberto Reyes said.

Shortly after Ruso disappeared, neighbors alerted the family to disturbing images circulating on social media that reportedly showed the dog hanging from a leash attached to a metal security door in a Lynwood alley. The family is now seeking answers about what happened to their beloved pet.
