When @jane told me @drinksteamy was launching in a major retailer and they got a new office I HAD to paint a mural! 🩷🧡 It’s so fun watching your friends dreams come true!

I am remembering why I love autumnal days .. the changing colour of the scenery .. that soft golden light .. those cosier evenings with candles flickering … the scent of a distant bonfire .. and the bed that feels extra snuggly when the alarm goes off … I’m here for it all 🍂💫🍁

I am also very much here for this outfit … this is a skirt made for dressing up or down … she’s an absolute beauty 👌🏻 .. I think it looks fabulous paired with a wool blazer … I shall link in my stories 🤍

This is what I do every night before I go to sleep and every morning when I wake up.

I read the words I’ve written down for myself. My dreams, my vision, where I want to go and what I want to create.

These are the words I fall asleep with.
And these are the words I wake up with.

It helps me stay connected to my vision and reminds me every day where I’m going.

It feels really good to me.
Maybe it can do the same for you.

Write down your dreams. Read them before you sleep. Read them when you wake up. And see what it does to you.

☀️If you want to dive deeper into kung fu, you can find my book Spirit Warrior (currently available in German) or my documentary The Silent Path (in English). ❤️
Both links are in my bio.

Who does the grocery shopping in your house?! Because I KNOW we’re saving money when I stay home and let my husband handle it. This man is the definition of a smart shopper, and I am… well, let’s just say I have a sweet tooth and very little self-control when it comes to Costco.

Typically, he’s taking things OUT of the cart while I’m putting them IN. But yesterday he let me go a little crazy and let’s just say we splurged a little more than usual yesterday. OOPS. 🫣

But now I’m curious because feeding a family these days is NOT cheap!

How much are you spending on groceries each week? How many people are in your family?

And how often are you making a Costco run? Weekly? Monthly? Or are you like us and try to stay away because it’s dangerous? 😂

Drop your numbers in the comments!
