Hungarian Nationals 2026 🇭🇺 Funky prep, renovating and some other bits and pieces to deal with,1mm away from a total PR so can't be mad at it.Of course it's still mega frustrating but every meet this year I got better so an upward trajectory is there I suppose. Having a passion really is a privilege in life, even when things don't go as planned. 13years since my first evet meet @bethnalgreenwlc and man I loved wearing the singlet, brings back many fond memories. The fire burns bright still, man I love this sport so much even with all the ups, downs, gymflation and never being happy with where I'm at. More to do and need to refine deadlifts, but feels good to be healthy enough to push on. 2027 will be an important year in many ways, need to stay locked in everywhere. 🫶 Some thank yous of course: -@kerriedwards partner in everything in life, endless support, ruthless honesty, and unlimited love. Can't ask for more really. 🫶❤️ -The velocity boys bringing it every week, the community we'vd built in Norfolk is genuinely THE BEST I've ever seen. Nothing comes close. -@dragonmode_ for his support as a friend during the hardest times. This guy's kindness knows no bounds. Grateful to have you as a friend. -@gabor_exists for perfect handling. Bro saw GOD after jumping 15 to 300 from a missed opener, but bro trusted me. (He didn't,he was ready to go home 😂) Grateful for you brother, what a fun day.❤️ (also special mention to @eross.david co-handling) -@seklerpowerlifting crew for helping in the warmup room, and just generally making the day really fun.😎 @hunpowerlifting for a great meet, good to see a nice improvement on last year! Some places do more than take you away from your routine; they bring you closer to yourself. 🤍 Chamonix gave me more than breathtaking views, and @vieretreats gave me more than an experience. It gave me beautiful connections, meaningful moments, a sense of peace, and memories I’ll carry with me long after leaving. Grateful for the place, the people, the energy, and everything this experience has awakened in me
Silent Rave on Wall Street. A flash mob in the matrix. We all carry an underlying fear of being seen, judged, or misunderstood. Fear that keeps us in a mental prison, following societal guidelines and rules we never chose. But when we step outside the matrix, we reclaim our joy & step into our power. The fear may not disappear, but moving through it reminds others that they can do the same. “Rave With Me” is an invitation to move unapologetically. Dancing becomes the medicine that heals us, connects us, and sets us free.
