If you truly respect someone you will plead and reason with them against doing something that actively dishonours themself. If you just leave them to it especially more so if you are in a relationship be it father son daughter mother girlfriend boyfriend wife husband... you are irresponsible and uncaring alongside them for themselves by not taking any action against it. And this stance is relevant whatever the scenario... be it a woman dressing inappropriately or someone submitting to lust (or homosexual desires specifically relating to God's law for us humans)

I would just say ahe dresses how she wants, I don't decide for her because she doesn't answer to me. Anyone saying if reflects on me: 1. It reflects on you for being judgemental 2. Again, she's not my property or extension so it should reflect on no one but her 3. Why should I care what outsiders think of us? They don't pay our rent
