Before the Haunted Mansion Holiday Gingerbread House at Disneyland Park is covered with gingerbread, fondant, and frosting, it starts with designs being brought to life by the carpentry team.

Сегодня я попытался снять собственные деньги через ваш банкомат. Что произошло в итоге? Банкомат вернул мне карту, но ДЕНЬГИ НЕ ВЫДАЛ!

Это что за обслуживание такое?! Когда клиент доверяет банку свои деньги, он рассчитывает получить их тогда, когда они ему нужны, а не бегать и выяснять, куда они делись!

Клиент не обязан страдать из-за неисправности вашего оборудования или проблем в работе банковской системы. Если деньги были списаны, я требую разобраться в ситуации и вернуть их без лишних отговорок и затягивания сроков.

📢 Публично обращаюсь к руководству TENGE BANK: вы несёте ответственность за качество своего обслуживания. Прошу проверить операцию, дать официальное объяснение и решить эту проблему в кратчайшие сроки.

Пусть люди знают, с какими ситуациями могут столкнуться при использовании ваших банкоматов!

Жду официального ответа от банка. Молчание и игнорирование проблемы только усугубят ситуацию.
