Insulin resistance shows up in PMOS more often than people realize, including in bodies that don't fit the stereotype of what "insulin resistance" is supposed to look like.
Three small habits that actually move the needle: Pair carbs with protein or fat instead of eating them alone. Take a 10 minute walk after your biggest meal of the day. Protect your sleep window like it's a medical appointment, because for your hormones, it kind of is.
None of this replaces bloodwork or a conversation with your provider. It's just the stuff that's in your control between appointments. Small, boring, repeatable. That's usually what works.
