Fours day and three nights spent blissfully free of mental clutter. Well there was clutter, but it was my own and I did my best to clear it with some intention. No pressing business. Just books, sea, rest and food. On my very first non-working solo trip I learned I can spend wide swaths of time talking to no one but myself and the sea. I reaffirmed that mornings catalyze my most intense magic and I will continue to meet my magic where it’s at. That reading and writing are portals to more beauty, more inspired action, more LIFE.
