I remember seeing this guy on Sonic temple tour with his ginger ponytail and huge ass gong - thinking to myself what the F happened to the cult! With that said - he's the most dedicated drummer I i have seen and gets shows on the road - props for that! 🔥👍💪🙏🙂

Slippery When Wet changed everything for Bon Jovi. The New Jersey band's breakthrough third album helped turn them into international rock stars. Released in August 1986, the album reached No. 1 on the Billboard 200 in October and spent a total of eight weeks in the No. 1 position. With more than 10 million copies sold, @bonjovi's Slippery When Wet became one of the best-selling albums of 1987. Slippery When Wet featured the top 10 hits “You Give Love a Bad Name,” “Wanted Dead or Alive,” and “Livin’ on a Prayer.” Bon Jovi performed “Livin’ on a Prayer,” the second No. 1 single from the album, during their Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony in 2018.
“Message in a Bottle” became The Police’s first No. 1 hit in the U.K. in 1979. “Message in a Bottle” premiered in September 1979 as the lead single from 2003 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Inductees @thepolicebandofficial's second studio album, Reggatta de Blanc. The song, written by @theofficialsting, climbed from No. 8 to No. 1 on the U.K. Singles chart and remained in the top position for three weeks. Reggatta de Blanc followed “Message in a Bottle” to the top of the charts, spending several weeks at No. 1 on the U.K. album charts.
The Byrds’ only Ed Sullivan Show appearance. On December 12, 1965, 1991 Inductees The Byrds made their only appearance on @theedsullivanshow, performing two of their most iconic recordings: a cover of Pete Seeger’s “Turn! Turn! Turn! (To Everything There Is a Season)” and this rendition of Bob Dylan’s “Mr. Tambourine Man.” Originally released on Dylan’s 1965 album Bringing It All Back Home, “Mr. Tambourine Man” took on a new life when The Byrds recorded their version for their 1965 debut album Mr. Tambourine Man. Released as their first single for Columbia Records, the song became a worldwide breakthrough, reaching No. 1 on both the Billboard Hot 100 and the U.K. Singles chart. With its chiming 12-string guitar and blend of folk songwriting and rock instrumentation, The Byrds’ recording helped define and popularize the emerging folk rock and jangle pop sounds of the mid-1960s. Their interpretation even had an impact on Dylan himself, who was reportedly inspired in part by The Byrds’ electric version to explore electric instrumentation in his own work.
Join us in wishing two-time inductee Paul Simon a very happy birthday today! 🎼 Known as a master singer-songwriter and guitarist, @paulsimonofficial's poetic lyrics and tuneful melodies absorbed influences from every corner of the world and gave them back in the form of his textured songs, leaving us with hits such as "50 Ways to Leave Your Lover," "You Can Call Me Al," and "Graceland." Paul Simon was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 1990 as half of the legendary folk-rock duo Simon & Garfunkel, and again in 2001 as a solo artist.

The Temptations released their last No. 1 hit 54 years ago. “Papa Was a Rollin’ Stone” was written by Norman Whitfield and Barrett Strong in 1971 and was originally recorded by Motown group the Undisputed Truth in 1972. Their label mates, @thetemptations, released their popular version months later in September 1972. “Papa Was a Rollin’ Stone” became the 1989 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Inductees’ fourth No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 when it reached the top of the charts in November 1972. The single, which appeared on the group's 1972 album All Directions, also landed in the top five on the R&B charts. “Papa Was a Rollin’ Stone” earned The Temptations three Grammys in 1973.
