Confidence is a decision, not a feeling.

I don’t wait until I feel ready. I decide, then I walk into the room. The feeling turns up later, usually around the time I’ve already done the thing.

At 55, I’ve stopped asking self-doubt for permission. 🖤

Save this for the morning you need it.

Turns out, the magic might actually live in the things we resist.

The uncomfortable. The unfamiliar. The “absolutely not, that sounds awful” moments.

This week I leaned in. First wellness retreat. Open mind, open heart… mildly suspicious.

And somewhere between slowing down, moving my body, feeding myself the most wholesome goodness and surrendering to the experience, something shifted.

I left with an energy I haven’t felt in a long time. Lighter. Clearer. Fuller.

A beautiful reminder that resistance isn’t always a stop sign. Sometimes it’s an invitation. Growth rarely sends a comfortable invitation. But damn, it throws a good after party. ❤️✨#staycurious
