The Portland Fire Department said that it is a “multiple victim traumatic scene.” There are conflicting reports on whether it is a sta’bbing incident or gunfi’re incident. The police were called to SW Broadway and SW Harvey Milk Street in downtown Portland just after 4:30 p.m. local time.
