My question would be. The wealthy don’t make wage income, they have capital gains income, may borrow against assets to fund a lifestyle. Do this may push more burden on the upper middle to upper wage class. This is probably not the goal. Got to figure out how to get contributions from the uber wealthy class.

Make a hole. Give the people making 66k to 128k that back then make it stick after. Anyone compensated other than cash it applies 2x if their salary is a dollar and stock.
